The Atyrau plant operated at a steady pace in July, producing an average of 749 servings per day. This volume is determined by two different production levels: by service class and by meal type.
By service class: As expected, economy class accounts for the bulk of production, producing 634 servings per day. Business class adds 76 servings, and another 39 servings for crew meals.
By meal type: During the day, the branch prepares 392 servings of hot breakfasts, 357 servings of hot meals, 104 servings of snacks, and 15 servings of specialty meals.
Please note: the breakdown by meal type is not aggregated with the breakdown by class — meals per passenger often include multiple meals from this list, so these are two different parts of the same figure of 749 servings.
QCS KGF (Karaganda)
July was marked by a clear leadership in single-serve servings at the Karaganda branch outlets, accounting for almost half of all revenue.
Kentobe — 49.49%
Atansor — 39.01%
Atasu — 8.92%
Saran — 2.58%
Kentobe and Atansor together account for 90% of branch sales — this is a good result worth investigating and perhaps used as a benchmark for other locations.
