Shaukharov Didar

Chief Executive Officer

Started working in the field of on-board catering from 2016 as a customer service manager. In 2018, he was appointed Deputy General Director at Almaty Catering Services. Since 2021, Deputy General Director at Qazaqstan Catering Solutions. He is also one of its founders. Previously worked at Sinopec Engineering since 2013. Holds a Master's degree in Enterprises Management from East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai. Graduate of the Kazakh-Turkish Lyceum of Taraz.

Tyulebaev Azat

Finance Director

Graduated from the Kazakh-Russian International University in Aktobe with a degree in "Finance and Credit."

Azat began his career in the oil and gas extraction company JSC "KMK Munai" and also gained experience at Gate Gourmet, a global leader in in-flight catering.

At the in-flight catering facility in Astana, he worked his way up from assistant accountant to financial director.

Shemyakin Alexey

Executive Chef

An experienced professional in the hospitality and restaurant industry, Alexey has spent many years training and exchanging expertise with famous chefs across the CIS and Europe. Held the position of brand executive Chef at global hotel chains such as Hilton and Golden Tulip.

In 2023, he joined the Qazaqstan Catering Solutions team, specializing in in-flight catering services. Beyond his professional achievements, Alexey values family traditions, raising two sons in a warm and caring environment. His hobbies include traveling and leading an active lifestyle.

Stepan Olshevsky

Client Relations Manager

Stepan has experience in client service and business process management. He earned his bachelor's degree from the Kazakh Humanities and Law University in Astana, successfully graduating in 2019.

He began his career in the financial sector, taking a position at Kaspi Bank, where he handled client requests, analyzed data, and improved his communication skills with partners. The experience gained in banking helped him develop expertise in client relationship management and business communication.

Currently, Stepan holds the position of Client Relations Manager at Qazaqstan Catering Solutions, serving as a key link between clients, partners, and production.

Beyond his professional activities, Stepan is passionate about hockey, motorcycles, mountains, and space. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar and dreams of conquering Everest. He firmly believes that “Life is the best playwright.”

Zheksenbayeva Ardak

Head of Operations Service

Ardak Zheksenbayeva is an experienced operations manager with a background in education and military service. She has been contributing her professional expertise to the in-flight catering industry since 2018. Beyond her professional career, Ardak is devoted to her family and is raising three sons with a strong emphasis on love and care.

Zulfiya Salikhova

Head of Production Service

Zulfiya Salikhova holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and a Master's degree in Natural Sciences. With over 10 years of professional experience, she began her career in the meat processing industry, progressing from a technologist to a production manager. She has successfully managed projects in the food service industry as a chief technologist. Zulfiya has been part of QCS since 2023.
