QCS Times - February 2026

Production updates

February at QCS was spent with a focus on specific improvements in the operation and development of the sites. QCS KGF has strengthened its production base: additional cold storage facilities have been installed at the Atansor mine. Safety and labor protection briefings were held at Kentobe and in the Saran canteen, and those responsible for BIOTECH were assigned. This helps to keep processes under control and reduce risks on the ground.

Development in the regions

In Uralsk, QCS is expanding its presence: new Aspan Cafe and FlyUP locations have opened at the airport. This is a step towards being closer to the customer and developing convenient service in key transport hubs in the region.

Aspan Food's operational performance

According to the results of January, Aspan Food shows strong operational dynamics: 4,642 receipts per month. The leaders in sales were Abdygasimov Beksultan (2,260 checks) and Ospanova Aida (2,364 checks). Clear and favorite items remain in the top in popularity — cappuccino, panini with chicken and Potato pie.

Team and partner feedback

The QCS team today consists of 394 employees: NQZ — 234, GUW — 50, KGF — 82, URA — 28. The partners note the high level of service and quality of on—board catering, separately highlighting the friendliness and professionalism of the team.
