A season of fresh decisions and confident progress
April became a turning point for QCS — a month of management transitions, international challenges, internal development, and simple yet meaningful teamwork. Here’s what shaped our month.
⸻
A new leadership chapter
QCS has undergone a key leadership change — Didar Shaukharov has been appointed CEO. With over 8 years of experience in in-flight catering, Didar advanced from a client relations manager to Deputy Director at Almaty Catering Services, and later QCS. He joined our team in 2021 and has since become a vital part of our operations. Educated in Shanghai and an alumnus of KTL, his appointment marks QCS’s shift into a new phase of maturity and structure.
⸻
Work and order — airport clean-up day
We believe cleanliness starts with the team. On April 26, QCS employees took part in a cleanup day, bringing order to the airport zone. This wasn’t just about cleaning — it reflects our culture of being not only professional but mindful of the space we work in.
⸻
Aspan Cafe — now on 2GIS
Our Aspan Cafe project, located in the airport area, has been operating for some time. Now, it’s even easier to find — the cafe is listed on 2GIS. A small but important step: we’re simplifying the journey for passengers and staff who want a peaceful bite before or after a flight. Aspan Cafe is all about flavor, calm, and comfort — right in the heart of logistics.
⸻
International case: flight from Vietnam
In April, QCS provided VVIP service for a departing flight from Vietnam. This was a special case, requiring elevated standards and attention to detail. Our team delivered successfully, earning client appreciation. Such cases go beyond service — they’re about trust that comes back to us.
⸻
We’re growing — join our team
QCS is hiring staff for mine-site operations. As our projects scale, so does our team. If our values resonate with you and you’d like to be part of a functioning system — welcome. Reach out at hr@qazcs.kz
⸻
QCS continues to build a business where everything matters — from international standards to a warm internal culture. Thank you to everyone who makes this possible.
