Two-Day Overview and Future Plans
From January 18 to 19, an important presentation for Air Astana took place in Atyrau, where the implementation of the updated menu for the airline's international and domestic routes was discussed. It is planned that starting from March 1, there will be a complete replacement of dishes, significantly updating the gastronomic offerings for passengers.
The presentation was held at a high level, with key representatives from both our company and Air Astana. From our side, the event was attended by our chef, hot kitchen supervisor, quality department representative, and the executive director of our Atyrau branch. Thanks to joint efforts, the presentation was successful, efficient, and swift, and all dishes were presented at the highest level.
Currently, work is underway on the calculation and specification of dishes, which is an important stage before launching the new menu on March 1. We eagerly await the start of preparation and refinement of the new dishes to offer Air Astana passengers even more diverse and high-quality food options.
