March was a month of significant changes and bright initiatives at Qazaqstan Catering Solutions. We have introduced new internal processes, strengthened customer performance, supported environmental principles and encouraged employees. Waste sorting: ecology begins with a team Since the first day of spring, our company has introduced a separate waste collection system. Now cardboard, glass and plastic are sorted separately and sent for recycling. A photo of the sorting process can be viewed below:
Inventory and KPIs: * new goals-new results Last month, we revised the inventory approach. Now these processes are directly related to the KPIs of our managers. This solution strengthened internal control, improved data accuracy, and improved overall operational efficiency.
Working with clients: consistency and analytics Another important step has been taken — a single approach to working with airlines has been introduced. What has already been implemented:

Student experience: teaching and inspiring In the production workshops of our Company, students of the College of public catering were trained. Future specialists have gained valuable experience in real conditions:

Pastry shop The employees were mentors who shared not only knowledge, but also love for their work. We are confident-such practices are important not only for students, but for the entire industry.
